I bought a zero turn lawn mower, paid for it and went home to get a trailer to take it home. Came back to discover they sold it to another person, even though I had paid for it. Manager said he would call me the next day to see if they could locate another. No one returned the call, talked to another manager who said they would call me back within two days, no call.
