Appliance salesperson helped me by referring me to a closeout refrigerator that was by the side door (I would've never spotted it!), but suited me needs exactly. I was on my way out of the department when she happened to think of it and saved the day! She was LISTENING. She even shined it up with stainless polish so I could inspect the condition. Good sales effort appreciated.

Great product selections, friendly and knowledgeable service if you have the time to wait on a sales representative. They seem to have some internal issues when placing orders for appliances and other big ticket items. The clerk was great, the management was not very supportive of the efforts made to complete a sale. Then came the delivery and install. We were told the installation would be done by Lowes employees, trained and equipped. What we received was more like two men and a truck. They showed up ahead of the scheduled... read more
