Great Store For Men, and Women shoppers. I buy all my housing needs from nails.to paint. I made a special Purchase on Wednesday. I purchased Mace for my Personal Safety. We have had nothing but issues dealing with this location. And getting in touch with a store manager is literally impossible. I will be avoiding this particular location for future purchases.
I ordered a dishwasher on May 17th. Though I completely understand a delay due to Covid, I am still without a dishwasher today. Delivery date 6/7, then 6/27. No dishwasher or updates since.Denied free installment or haul off of old one for my inconvenience

I asked several employees if they carried bicycle inner tubes. No one knew. I walked around looking asking several employees. I went across the street to Wal-Mart. I only takes a very small space to carry this item. and no I don't want to buy it online.
RecommendedHUGE SHOUT OUT & THANK YOU to Fred in Appliances and Pamela in Customer Service for so much help. So much hard work. We had a bad delivery experience and missing items. They helped so much! Pamela was EXCELLENT. Fred walked me around the store and helped me so much! Despite the chaos Pamela was going through she smiled and was just amazing!!! True customer service!
