‼️ I would give zero, if it was an option. Bought an entire kitchen (Samsung), refrigerator door is wrong, dishwasher doesn’t work, stove letters, are coming off, they said they were waiting on parts. 2 yrs later, now they say, “ you didn’t purchase it here!”. Well, that’s not what my Lowes card says. They tried to erase me, from their system, but failed miserably. When you have your receipt, that means you bought it from there. Posted on my personal page what a terrible experience we have had with Lowe’s. Paid for a project in June and still hasn’t even been started. Terrible lack of communication and customer service.
Lea Ann and Rhonda were absolute dolls at the Black Friday line. There was another young guy that helped with mid length dark hair!! Thanks so much for everything!! Best line I’ve stood in yet!! 5 star service
Me and my son went today to find a bathroom door. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I ask the guy at the desk in front of the doors for help. and he told me he didn't know if they had it, he didn't look it up or call anyone to see if they had it. then he looked at me and said very rudely I don't have time to help you. He wasn't with another customer and didn't offer to call anyone else to come help me either. SO VERY RUDE!! One of about 8 people waiting in line. 1 Cashier. Another 8-10 in the self-check line. Ridiculous. I even tried calling to have them open another Register - 4 times - they won’t even answer. � Manager cutting them Labor costs tryin to get that Bonus!!
