I will never buy from Lowes again as far as big appliance go. I purchased a w/dryer set and my dryer did not work since day one. I called the problem in the same night it got delivered. Instead of setting me up a quick exchange they set me up with a Samsung service call. He came out 4/17, dryer delivered from Lowe's on Thursday evening. The service tech said item is damaged and will need to be replaced from where I purchased it. I went in spoke the manager on Monday evening after work. The curbside pick up service is atrocious. Been an hour since I arrived. Over 4 hours since order was placed. Do better.
RecommendedPaul Cook the general manager at this Lowe’s is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his contractors and customers. Store is well kept up with and nest and clean. I highly recommend Lowe’s on Preston Highway!
Madelyn in the carpet area was AMAZING! You could tell she knew what she was talking about, asked great questions to understand what we needed/wanted, and made helpful suggestions galore. I felt like we were in a little time crunch to get the flooring done before baby arrives, but she helped ease that anxiety, as well. Honestly, I was kind of dreading the whole process going in, but left with peace of mind and a smile. Madelyn definitely deserves all the kudos!
Great place to get everything you need for home improvement.
I went to the Preston Crossing Blvd store this evening where I was needing to get about $500 worth of items. I went in, saw how many people were allowed in without masks and left. I will also not purchase my items online from Lowes. If a company will not be socially responsible I will shop somewhere that is. That’s the beauty of so many choices these days.
If you ever need any home improvement needs then this is the place to be! I stopped in for 8 bags of top soil to help my father with some gardening and very friendly customer service on this extremly hot day and having to wear a mask! To the workers working outside (You're all awesome!!)
Do yourself a favor and don’t shop at this Lowe’s location off of Preston highway. they are horrible and rude! Unless you want to be treated like crap. In that case shop here till your heart’s content. I’m contacting corporate for a full refund and an official apology. With two major competitors so close to this store this Lowe’s will not be missed! Byyyyyyyyye!
