After going all over town looking for a weed torch , the employees at these other places could of cared less. No help at all. I tried Lowe’s last as they were the furthest from me. A employee named Lynne could have not been more helpful with my request. She looked so many places with no luck. She said there was four in the store with no luck. She called me 10 minutes later and told me she found it and would leave it customer service. Don’t see many professional employees any more. Thank you Lynne.

Had a driver with a delivery for one of my neighbors drive THROUGH my front yard to avoid the bumpy dirt road, not once or twice but FOUR times. They nearly ran over my pets gravesite, and they drove over my well lines. Reached out to corporate who determined the truck belonged to this location and said the manager would reach out to me. I thought they were better than Home Depot...boy was I wrong. Ordered a matched Washer/Dryer set in December 2020. Was told the Dryer would arrive and be delivered Feb 2021. Never received any phone calls or updates. We called today to find out the status of our order. Of course The dryer is now discontinued and we cannot get another dryer. Now we are stuck with a mismatched set. You would think someone from the store would have called to talk to us about the situation before… See more

Horrible customer service. My husband bought a washer in the morning and I picked it up that evening after work. The woman at the pick up station wasn't paying attention and chatting with a co-worker until the co-worker pointed me out. She was not familiar with the computer or the station. I ordered refrigerator, washer & dryer for my new home. The day before delivery I was called and told it wasn't on the truck can we reschedule for Friday. I waited and waited and no one showed up. Spent 3 hours trying to find someone who could tell me what was going on. Finally was told the refrigerator will be here in a month, but we can deliver your washer and dryer Monday. I ordered flooring from Lowe's. It was a huge mistake. I was quoted a price and went into pay. There was no one in the flooring department and they would not have anyone there for 4.5 hours. I sweet gentleman tried to help me. When I went to pay the bill, it was $3000.00 less than I was quoted. Apparently not all the product I was trying to purchase was on the invoices that they quoted me over the phone. I finally got that taken care of 3 days later. I was told that I need t... I see all the review comments on the Prescott Lowe's page get ignored so I won't even waste my time with details, but I will say that customer service needs to become a bit more customer oriented.
