I ordered a storm door through Lowes in Jacksonville, NC on Western Blvd. They sent out someone to do the measurements, the guy was unprofessional and seemed to be bothered that he had to measure the door. I went back to the store to select the storm door. I ordered the door and paid for it on the spot. I was told that I would be contacted when the door arrived and schedule a date for installation. Easily the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever worked with. After two months of going back and forth regarding an order I still have not received the product I ordered, nor has anyone located at this store bothered to communicate clearly in what is going on. I’ve been given the run around and told “so and so will be in contact” and every single time I’ve had to go back and find someone to talk to with little to no resolution to the problem. They just close the register while people are standing in line already
Horrible install experience. My wife basically had to coordinate the work flow between 2 installers and to top it off there was some workmanship issues. Unfortunately the store really did not get involved to ensure that we were satisfied. To top it off. Depot had a specific floor that we liked and installed it (1 week earlier). Their install department and installers kept in constant communication and the transaction/ install went flawlessly.
Recommendedwe bought today a big shed. If it wasn't for your great employees Franky, James, & Tommy. helps we wouldn't have bought or even loaded it up in the truck! They helped us so much that I wanted to tip them but they said "no ma'am it's our customer service"! They went beyond Customer Service!
They are great here !! A lot better than their competition They make it easier for veterans to receive a discount here at Lowe’s The staff are a lot more friendly and helpful as well. Great job Lowe’s !!! ❤️😁
Our favorite store! Plants are our weakness. With they had monstera plants or fiddles
I love my son and dad trips to Lowe's. But it hurts the old wallet, lol.
