I do not recommend this store LOWES specifically in appliances. I bought all my kitchen appliances to this store. They delivered damaged wall oven. Tried to return it and they won't accept it because of 48hours return policy. Nobody explain to me about 48hours return policy. Now im stucked with this brand new damaged wall oven. Better buy in a small appliances store they will treat you real good.
I visited this location last night for a barn door that was advertised at the surrounding locations for a lesser price. There were 14 in stock and 3 customers who were all there for the same items. When I got to the register to check out the cashier and Supervisor Barbara would not honor the price. This was less than an hour before closing. There are now none in stock at 7:45 am today and were sold for the price that we stated appeared at the surrounding stores. Dishonest practices at work here and that is unfortunate.
Riverside Ca Lowe’s delivery through DSI! Pathetic. Ordered refrigerator Saturday 11/21 and set a delivery date of 11/23. Received confirmation of Monday delivery between 2-6. 7:00 came no call no email. I called DSI delivery and they had no help at all. Did not know where my delivery was other than it showed the truck had already returned. Was transferred to Lowe’s and talked with customer service there since delivery staff had already gone home. I shop here because it’s close to home 🏡 which is highly convenient for me and my family. I always get great customer service there and their staff is knowledgeable as know many tricks of their trade.

purchased valspar paint and after 3 coats on a wall it looks awful. lowes advertises you have 30 days to return it. I came back on day 30 and they refused. Last time I buy paint from them if they can't match their guarantee
