We ordered a new patio door (French style door). It took 4 to 6 weeks for it to arrive. When the delivery crew arrived they ripped out the entire door frame and sliding glass doors. Then they pulled the new door system from the truck. As they were installing it my husband said that is not the doors we ordered. But of course at that point we had no choice but to let the men install it as our’s was ripped apart. The next day we went back to Lowe’s and complained.
