I purchased a 25.00 HOLIDAY item on 1-5-26 and wasn't aware of the return policy till I tried to return the item less than 30 minutes later. I paid cash and had my receipt. ---(There is no return policy signage posted anywhere except for at the return counter area.)--- The reason i requested a return is because an additional accessory needed to be purchased for my item to be usable. The additional item is out of stock with Lowes, so my item is useless. The store still wouldn't accept my return when I explained the situation.... read more
