I was warned by family and friends “don’t buy major appliances from Lowe’s”. I went anyhow and was pleasantly surprised by the salesperson David. Seemed very knowledgeable and professional. That’s where the pleasant surprise ended. Delivery was split because some items had to be ordered. First delivery was washer and dryer. Dryer needs to be side vented ( salesperson knew this), kit was not available had to be ordered so the delivery people took my old washer away and hooked up the new one.
