Won’t answer phone if you call
Ordered a fridge online a week ago on a Saturday. Had to raise the limit on my card to do so. Transaction goes through just fine. With the charge visible on my statement. At the last second on the day of delivery the tracking says payment failed, after the bank has closed. I call customer service and after half hour of ringing the associate says to call back on Monday to attempt the whole process again.
RecommendedAlways good to shop at all Lowe’s Prices are now unbearably high. Not happy
You suck was there today in plumbing three times and person working in plumbing gave me wrong info all three times

Horrible costumer service I called 4 days in a row transfer after transfer no one knows anything about my 2000 dollar purchase that was supposed to be delivered no one called I had to call them finally talked to a manager he o let me transfer you 🖕
Lowe's is having an amazing July 4th sale on appliances but don't waste your time. They sold us a refrigerator and we go to pick it up its not there and they sold the same refrigerator to someone else, they had already paid for it too and they didn't get it either. They are advertising a sale on things they don't have and can't even tell you when you could get it. They said some people have being waiting since April.

Wife went last month to buy a deep freezer and they said the had to get some in from the dc but would be in the next week. They said they would text and call to let us know it was in. The day they originally told us came and went with no word so we called and they told us now they were on back order and they would let us know when they had there shipment of them come in.
