I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a year and no one at Lowe’s will call me back. They keep reassuring me that they will give my number to a manager, but never do. I went into the Lowe’s to try to resolve it in person, but they said no one that could help me was working at that time, and that I’d have to come back another time. Put my family at RISK!! Ordered a dishwasher and after being assured all Covid Protocols would be followed, installer showed up WITHOUT A MASK. When we asked him to put one on, he said he could not wear one due to respiratory issues and produced an ineffective breathable mesh mask! UNACCEPTABLE and DANGEROUS!
