I have been trying to resolve an issue for almost a year and no one at Lowe’s will call me back. They keep reassuring me that they will give my number to a manager, but never do. I went into the Lowe’s to try to resolve it in person, but they said no one that could help me was working at that time, and that I’d have to come back another time. disappointed that my delivery is being changed again because lowes told it it could be delivered and now it can't be delivered until the 10th. This is ridiculous and unfair. if you can't promise a time because your installers are different then don't. it gives your customers a false hope for installing the product they already have bought. Now I am having to wait another 15 days for my product that I need.
Terrible experience, bought appliances , upgraded because they were in stock apparently, 2 months later still no microwave or dishwasher. And oh by the way they are $1700 cheaper now for the package. Won’t honor the price , terrible customer service , installers have been good , the store level is a joke ! Offered us $110 back for our inconvenience, will never spend another dime there , when is Menards opening !
kids classes I love this store because they have kids classes that they can do projects with their parents on the weekends. They give them aprons, goggles and they go to town on easy building projects. And its free!

Put my family at RISK!! Ordered a dishwasher and after being assured all Covid Protocols would be followed, installer showed up WITHOUT A MASK. When we asked him to put one on, he said he could not wear one due to respiratory issues and produced an ineffective breathable mesh mask! UNACCEPTABLE and DANGEROUS!
Needed some landscape timbers for a project in my backyard. Placed and order on line and was able to arrange for a pick up pf the order without getting out of the car. Lowe's employees loaded the timers in the trailer that we took and we did not have to go in the store. Thank you Lowes.
