The employees are the most helpful and knowledgeable and Lowes has everything that I have ever needed. Their inventory is quality. I have been a satisfied customer since they opened in O'Fallon, MO
called looking for a part. no one had a clue what is was looking for. they transfered me 3 times one guy said no well Idk ok bye the woman repeated my part name by saying "a honeywell furance thingy" left out that its a smart valve and I'm looking for a part no a freaking furnace wow that was a waste of time. i can a lot of sales being lost because of this lazy phone service. lol I'm still laughing she called it a thingy. I feel really smart after that call home dept just got my business again.
