Do business with these pirates at your own risk. I'm fighting them over an installation charge for a range hood that was never installed. That's the short version. Here's the long version. On 5/26/22 I order a range hood and install. On 6/28/22 I'm notified that the hood is in, and that the installer, hired through Lowe's, will pick it up the next morning and install it forthwith. RecommendedI tripped over a forklift and fell this afternoon (around 4:20 pm) in the Garden Center today (August 10). The forklift should never park unattended in the aisle where customers shop. No warning sign was posted. An female employee saw the accident and ran over to help me. My right leg was bleeding and I walked to the restroom to clean it up. I had a terrible experience with Lowe’s employees Lori, she kept on changing rules about coupons on the fly. She was very rude and spoke in loud voice and she even didn’t allow customers to speak
I came in to spend my money at Lowe's in Sunnyvale, CA and NOT Home Depot intentionally this Sat waiting for customer service... called managers... staff could not seem to find anyone to assist us.we sat and sat at the $1600. The store is horribly understaffed. The employees there that I saw while I waited 40 minutes to pick up my online order were working their butts off. If they are not careful they will lose them and then they might as well close. It was really a terrible experience for my first order with Lowe’s.
Wonderful customer service last night at lowes. I came to pick up an online order. The cashier was amazing. Sadly, I saw an older heavy man yell at him, then cross over into the cashier area demanding a discount on his order for delivery. I saw this customer abuse the poor cashier and the cashier never lost his cool. The Lowe’s cashier was respectful and professional. He attended me promptly. Waited for help in plumbing department tonight They overhead paged 4 times.... no one came to help The front cashier says - oh no one from that department is here So.... no one can come help me? My pet peeve- bad service 😡
