Don't buy cabinets at Lowes! I purchased cabinetry and the cabinet maker Diamond and the transport company caused great delays as a result of cabinet damage and lack of quality control. The Oshkosh Lowes has done a poor job staying in contact with me and helping the situation.

I LOVE Lowe's! All of the employees are helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and I enjoy walking through the store and gazing at the new products. Now, here's what I HATE - I cannot reach the local Lowe's store directly when I dial the local number. The call goes to an AI attendant who could not provide answers to the specific questions asked, and then gets re-routed to someone in another country who has no idea what I'm asking about! The person who helped us with carpet…hands downs phenomenal guy! I wish I could remember his name but he had a lot of badges on his vest. He was Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When we went to check out though it was somewhat busy and our form had to be checked out by a person, not self checkout which we learned too late. One team member asked the girl (Eden) to get on the register and help. Eden refused to get on until she found her propel drink.
