Im in here usually about 3-4 times a week. Have never had a bad experience. All the associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I love how they have certain things in multiple places depending on the project you're working on. If you need window caulk you can find it in the window section but you can also find it down the aisle that has all the other caulk. The organization is exceptional. Shout out to the Store Manager John for always bring present and helpful. Oshkosh Lowes is my go to for all my project needs!
Stand in line for over 15 minutes waiting to return something while employee stares at me the whole time doing nothing. You'd be better off driving to the Appleton Lowes. Wayyyy faster service. Or just go to Home Depot. When I called it took 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone and another 10 minutes for manager, Ricardo, to not pickup the phone and talk to me. Even their solutions are slow and nonexistent, just like the customer service in their store.
