Warren was fantastic- Did what he could extremely promptly and then quoted and gave his opinions on new units. Brand new aircon within a week of contact. Professional installation, no hassle at all. Very happy with this service

Got warrens number off a supplier quick turn around on getting my gas ducted heater repaired at a good price. Highly recommend.
He said will charge $150 for service and a small repair. He did neither , literally spend five minutes and still charged me the full amount. Said the unit has a crack and not worth repairing offered a replacement with a new unit for $4000. If done by him he would deduct the $150 he charged
I highly recommend Warren from Lowes. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and was even earlier than the original time. Solved an issue in a very short amount of time. A larger company could not solve the issue and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money that was not necessary. We will definitely be using Lowes again in the future. Thank you
