Customer service here is non-existent. I just left and the lady at the garden center was so unhelpful. Literally would not get off her phone. I told her the website sais she had a plant in store but I couldn't locate it. She said she didn't know.

I bought over $8,000 in supplies for a home project, I went to take about $300 of stuff back that I didn’t use and they say it’s been 90 days how about store credit, I say fine. They say never mind we can’t give store credit for electrical supplies even if they are in opened still in the box. Wow!!! You have lost one persons business. Terrible customer Service won’t be going back here again. Home Depot is cheaper and better customer service anyway bye Felicia

I don't know what is wrong with this store. I tried to get a window replaced a few years ago and they no showed the appointment. I bought a fridge in March and when it came time for the delivery date I called the day before and they then told me the date had been moved. Tjey never called or email to say so. So they wasted my time and changed to date to the middle of a work day with no notification. So I cancelled the order and it's going to take them 14 days to refund money they took the moment I paid.
