I had my meter pole fall. An Entergy technician came out and said to try Robert Lowe at Lowe's Electrical Services. He came the next day and said he was going to get a new pole. HE NEVER CAME BACK. ALL TEXT MESSAGES TO HIM OR EMAIL WENT UNANSWERED. Because he didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me he changed his mind, I'm giving him a 1 star. TOTALLY Unprofessional. Don't use him. He may not complete the work! I went with another company Conroe Meter (Caleb) instead.
Rob is an amazing electrician with a great mind for solving problems both when in a new construction or when in a tricky remodel perhaps with previous bad electrical work, I. Robert does professional work and is very personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done. Fast response-quality work-fair price. What's not to like? Good job, Robert!
Rob installed several fan and light fixtures and an exterior security camera for us. He was prompt and professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely call on him again in the future for any electrical needs.
