I have been a customer at Lowe's for almost 20 years and I absolutely love it!yes there has been the very rare occasion of someone being rude but I can understand that considering what they go through on a daily basis. I feel that they have always been very helpful and polite. Their prices are always very reasonable especially when it comes to my medication. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for everything that you do!
While the idea of a local hometown pharmacy is nice and all.....this is not the place to full fill that ideal. They are incompetent and RUDE! Numerous time they have used the wrong account for me and given me others prescriptions, told me that I cant have a certain medicine in generic when just down the road they have it, ive been hung up on before by some cantankerous old cuss in the pharmacy and when I ask for intramuscular needles 9 times out of 10 I get insulin needles. Chance of Death First of all, let me say that these are 2 different businesses, Lowe's Medical Supply and Lowe's Pharmacy. The fact that they are in the same building is confusing, but they refuse to communicate, so that's that. I've had 2 strokes and I'm handicapped and homebound. I've had experience with both businesses. The Medical Supply side has always been great. The pharmacy, on the other hand, hasn't. My strokes were caused by my blood pressure. It was once 220/140.
