My experience at the guard check was extremely disappointing. The lady working there was careless, unprofessional, and did not provide clear instructions. Instead of helping, she seemed uninterested and created unnecessary confusion. Her attitude made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. Customer service should be respectful, attentive, and informative, but unfortunately, none of those qualities were present during my visit. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The white female security guard was extremely rude, unprofessional, and treated truck drivers with no respect. To make matters worse, they kept my trailer for an excessive amount of time just to load 10 pallets. There was no communication or consideration for my time. If you do not work at the warehouse they check your ID every time like they are protecting a bank. Dumb if you ask me
