I called all the possible numbers and option for past 5 hours no response is everyone on vacation together or taking a nap ??
Very big company, very little efficiency. Unfortunately, there’s no direct line to the shipping and receiving department. Appointments are firm but you’ll still have to wait well past your appointment time to get unloaded. Not sure if there’s a staff shortage but I’m guessing this is normal after reading other reviews. Very easy if you follow google map not a truck gps, if coming through 99 then hwy 4 continue do not enter on I-5 just go straight on navy drive, finally you enter in ports’s main gate keep middle lane, the security guard only see your ID nothing else, proceed to warehouse turn right Boone Drive pass the railway crossing then left side entrance.
The guy in the guard check is super rude the forklift drivers are as lazy as hell , they don’t care for the driver, even if they unload you have to wait till they get relaxed after that you will receive the paperwork, I was here 7 am but no one was in the guard check, a notice in the window said “ on break will be back in 15 minutes “ they delayed my load till 1 pm . I am still here
