Lot of negative reviews about how slow things go here, but this is my 2nd time here and have been in and out quickly. Guard shack staff are very friendly and the lift drivers are awesome. Checked in around 6:45am, started calling the flatbeds back just a hair after 7. 8 of us were empty and headed out before 8am! Hopefully they can keep it up!
Checked in 10 AM out by 1230 It was not bad at all first come first serve
Everything is neat and tidy and employees are nice and open if u have questions
Security person at this location is the worst. The outbound girl person is rude and should be trained on de-escalation and how to be professional. I know these reviews mean nothing the company but I decided to leave it in case there is one person that care enough to try and help.
