Live in large 55plus HOA community. Weather forecast and for a few days, have been reporting heavy afternoon rain following a cold front. Painting with latex, oil based paint, you don’t want to paint in moist rainy weather or cold front as at minimum it takes 4 hours to dry. Cold or moist weather, takes days to dry. I expressed my concern upfront and asked my door not be painted to presumably the owner to be dismissed and told it will dry. A brand new$1500 door painted completely messed up. I highly recommend Lowe's Commercial Painting! As a HOA Director at Rosetree Village in Largo, we have used them for years. Today they just completed this years project of 5 buildings. The price was good, the quality is exceptional. This company only hires quality painters who are very polite. No rent a drunk or temporary unqualified painters on there crews. They once again completed the project in less time than they quoted as well. Thank you Lowe's for another project well done!

Lowe’s painted the exterior of our 18 year old entire condo building including our lanai. Terrible prep job on railings and floor. This led to bubbling and the finish paint being put on so thick to cover the defects that it was still wet three days later when screen replacement company put up new screens. The screens edges are now coming apart as they couldn’t get their lines in properly due to the “one thick coat” applied. The cut in job was average at best on the ceilings.
