Today, 7/10/2026, my HOA used this company to power wash my condo building. I came home from work to see all of the damages this company made, and the mess they left. Lowe's Commercial Painting was hired to paint my entire condo complex. One of the most expensive options and turned out to be sloppy. They got paint splotches on my patio window but I didn't see it until I changed my curtains which are always closed on that sun-side window. The paint is the exact beige gray color they painted the fascia & trim. When I noticed it, my property manager contacted SCOTT ANGELL (director of field operations at Lowe's). I have worked with them on many different buildings ranging from 2 story townhomes, up to 7 story condominiums, and they always do a great job at a reasonable price.
Stopped by the office last Friday and was greeted by Jim. You can tell this business takes care of their clients and are passionate in what they do. Highly would recommend this local business!
