Very happy with the service. 1. Submitted a request online after hours EDT. Did not expect to hear back from them until the next day. But got a call back in 10 mins. Do not go here or you will get booted. The private company, innovative parking solutions, has no grace period. I walked into the wrong store and walked out in under two minutes and was booted.
Worst service guy was trying to skip vents email customer service but no response. Guy was lazy and on his phone DONT believe them for 100% guarantee. Wife had to follow him around after she saw him not doing the job right was annoyed when she didn’t want add services.
