Tech came, no camera. Counted and looked in all vents, took pictures. Told me the vents are dirty and no guarantees in his work?? Said they'd reschedule, return with camera and I'm still waiting!! It has been 1 month! Of course the vents are dirty. Do you only do clean ones?? Make this make sense!!
Lowe's Cleaning Service was good. They came out on time and did the job for the exact price they quoted me. There was one small issue, but for the record I'm ultimately satisfied with the work that was done. The issue I'm referring to was that the tech showed me the inside of my heating system behind a single enclosure and cleaned the side where the dust/dirt collects & goes into the filter, but showed me that my filter was only about 95% of the way installed due to a metal snag we can't reach, but could be wiggled shut.
