The team was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.
We got our vents cleaned by Ivan and he did a fine job as far as I can tell. He arrived within the time window we were given. The only qualm I had is he gave my husband attitude when my husband informed him we had a second floor in our cape cod style home, telling him rudely that the top floor needs to be done first. His attitude about it was rather unprofessional, especially considering this is our first two story home and we weren’t aware top vents need to be done first. We didn’t pay to be treated like idiots.
