They called to confirm the appt the night before, but never anything about the process. The tech brought in a huge hepa vac that was so heavy, my basement stairs were bending. He plugged the vacuum, hepa vac, and a rotating tool in 3 different outlets.The circuit breaker blew at least 8 times. Also, he said he would put a hole in the plenum to attach the hepa vac.
