Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning in Arlington provided a fantastic experience. From the quick scheduling to the clear pricing, their customer service was excellent. Our technician, Javier Sanchez, was professional and thorough. We highly recommend their service.
Scheduled a cleaning. They texted me that they had to cancel, so we rescheduled. They called me day of to tell me they needed to move time sooner or later, so we moved to 5-6pm arrival time. The window went by with no call, so I called the office and was told it will be 30 to 40 more minutes. I shouldn't have had to call at all, they should have kept me in the loop. Wasted time with them. Not rescheduling.
