Found this company online with good reviews and had high hopes for the outcome but was pretty thoroughly let down when I watched the service preformed. They only stuck the air noodles up into the vent about 2-3 feet per vent and on the suction side just screwed the vacuuming device to the vent with one small sheet of air duct sealing tape. It’s been 6 days from the service and we are still getting bits of debris falling from our vents.
They called to confirm the appt the night before, but never anything about the process. The tech brought in a huge hepa vac that was so heavy, my basement stairs were bending. He plugged the vacuum, hepa vac, and a rotating tool in 3 different outlets.The circuit breaker blew at least 8 times. Also, he said he would put a hole in the plenum to attach the hepa vac. Ernesto Barrera is a true professional. He did an excellent job cleaning all of my A/C vents, working carefully and thoroughly. He showed me before-and-after pictures so I could clearly see the results. He also made sure to clean all the floor areas, leaving no mess behind. I will definitely call this company again for future service.
