The lady working at the counter was very nice and helpful and the store is incredibly organized very nice place
Well stocked. Found everything I needed and staff was helpful and friendly.
They don't service mowers not bought from them. Crazy but true.

To start with I have always had a pleasant experience at Lowerys: good service and I have found what I needed. This time was different. I took a piece of glass in to be cut. I took the broken plate out of the frame and took it to the store. I supplied the height Measurements and he measured the width. When I got it home, it was at least an inch and a half too wide for the frame. I took it back to be recut.
