Helpful but dim-witted group of people. They cut plywood but would not cut a piece of luan because they said luan chips, but I couldn't put it on my car any other way. I would have gladly taken a piece that is chipped but instead I'm driving home with none at all. I explain this to them and they said that's their policy. Fair enough, but you have earned the first line of this review
They are always so polite and helpful.
I called to ask about a specific stain / color, Cory told me they had some but couldn’t check to see if they had a specific color as they were too busy, that’s understandable. So I asked if he could call me back at his convenience and he said he couldn’t, I had to come in, I explained it was an hour one way to come in……nope he doesn’t have time to check. I don’t know how he knew at 9 am he wouldn’t have time during the rest of the day. Disappointing customer service
