To start with I have always had a pleasant experience at Lowerys: good service and I have found what I needed. This time was different. I took a piece of glass in to be cut. I took the broken plate out of the frame and took it to the store. I supplied the height Measurements and he measured the width. When I got it home, it was at least an inch and a half too wide for the frame. I took it back to be recut. Instead of an apology, he argued with me that he cut it to the exact width of the piece I supplied. Obviously he did not... read more
