I purchased a ratchet binder on Friday and later discovered it was priced approximately $50 higher than the same product at Tractor Supply. When I returned to the store on Tuesday to request a refund, the manager refused to process it, claiming the item appeared “used.” This was completely inaccurate the binder was never used.
