If I could give them a Zero, I would. They used to be good. They sent someone when I had an A/C Issue & I was told it was the Thermostat but the Service Tech did not check either the outside unit or the under-house unit. He checked nothing. However, the unit was continually running up the power bill. I had another company come and determine it was the Blower Motor Module under the house. Had it been checked sooner, would have saved a lot of money to the Power Company. Doubt I will use them again or recommend them
