Mediocre venue with awful owner. Management and staff. AVOID at all costs
My wife and I enjoyed creating a beautiful event for ourselves and our guests . The venue staff were terrible. The venue manager was awful at responding to emails, didn’t remember our event details, and didn’t tell us until our rehearsal dinner that she wouldn’t be at our wedding. The man that managed our wedding was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Beautiful venue but not worth the abysmal service from the management.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. My brother's wedding was held here. The wedding itself was amazing, and the day was so much fun- thanks to absolutely no one on staff here. The venue had to be cleaned by the wedding party when we arrived the morning of the wedding, the bartender was a random person who we don't even know if he was licensed, and the prices of drinks went up as the night progressed, sketchy sketchy business practices galore. Nice venue, but awful venue manager. She will lie to your face about all of the things she will provide, but not follow through. We were promised 2 professional bartenders, and we got a gentlemen who had never bartended in his life. Turns out he was the assistant’s boyfriend. Avoid at all costs.
