Welders & Master Machinists The completely supported shop occupies 2 - 1/2 paved acres with two 10-ton bridge cranes, lathes, mills and boring machines. L.A. City Certified Welders are also ASME Pressure Pipe Certified. Welders and Master Machinists perform the work under the stringent direction of Dawn "Lowers" Davis who oversees production to ensure that the strictest of tolerances are met and that the final product can bear the Lowers name.
