I hate to say this, but I’m not super happy you guys would charge me $42 + tax for replacing one missing spoke on my bike ($2 for the spoke and $40 labor I was told + tax). I’ve been a loyal customer of LoweRiders Bikes & Boards for several years now, and none of the bike shops I had spoken with charges nearly as much for the exact same repair. My experience with LoweRiders goes back a long time ago. I remember Andy Lowe when he was just a kid and he always set his sights on owning and operating his own business. He has done an exceptional job at that, and one of the many things that stands out in my mind is the excellent customer service at LoweRiders. When you are in the store you are the main focus of the employees and that is a quality that is lacking in many retail companies. Plus the fact that LoweRiders has the best hoodies ever!
Andy is fantastic! He was so patient with me during my bike fitting. He listened to all of my questions and concerns. He’s the best!!!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff work there. They are very helpful. I can highly recommend Andy for the bike fitting service.
