I came to look at a car after my cousin spoke to them on the phone about me coming to see it they said no problem come down we will have it ready, my cousin drove me down to see it from near Sheffield as im only in UK from for a year, so i needed a car to get about and visit everything! Awful service, awful overpriced cars, just generally awful place. I will not return and will tell all my friends and family the same. They used to be decent, but now they are just seeing what they can get away with. There is a reason their website only shows their highly moderated and questionable Autotrader reviews.... and not reviews on any other website where people are allowed to express their opinion.Â
Okay WHERE to start being a single mother it's hard anyways but my daughter saw a car here for sale online. So she dragged me here for a look and we was dismissed im assuming because i would not commit to a purchase. Found the staff RUDE and very condescending mirroring other reviews! Don't bother with them. Take your business elsewhere... Somewhere where you will be respected. Think about it you purchase they think this is acceptable. It certainly is not. Would not trust them as far as i could throw them.Â
You seriously might as well wear a wooly hat and stripey jumper when you shop here.... Sold my friend and absolute steamer of a car, then refused to fix it. I find myself fixing the issues they should have on a 7k car. Lucky for my friend I'm a mechanic. Would definitely advise normal folk to stay away unless you have a friend or family member who's a mechanic and is ready to fix issues on a new car.Â
So my wife bought a car from here it cost 10,000 plus she has absolutely nothing but issues long story short engine was absolutely buggered a few months down line after purchase which ended up costing us 5000 they refused to do anything about it nice as pie before we bought the car. I guess we should of known better. Will be absolutely no word of mouth from us and even worse the fact is we left 2 reviews just trying to get the world out on autotrader and both were removed genuine reviews.
