Our mortgage recently merged with Lower and since then it has been all kinds of headaches. First, we got a bill for property taxes, we have never received a bill for property taxes, our old mortgage always paid through escrow. Today, I get a letter saying our deductible is too high for insurance. Sit on hold forever and they say, we'll your deductible can be whatever we just prefer it to be well nevermind disregard the letter. What kind of lender is this?
