I was kept in the dark the entire time I dealt with this office. I was told I would get calls back and never did. I was contacted by my insurance carrier. They notified me that Lowercase had sent them a drop letter a week ago stating they were not longer representing me. NO ONE from Lowercase notified me of this. The communication was awful throughout the process. I would not recommend.
Lower Case and Jose are the best! They helped me with an awful home owner’s insurance claim stemming from a leak in our cast iron pipes. The damage happened during COVID (right at the beginning) and when I was pregnant. It was a nerve racking time, but Jose was great at explaining every step of the process to me and got us enough money to fix everything that was damaged.
