I have had service with this company for years. Very professional and courteous even when I tease the linemen.
Important to know, they don't need to contact you to turn off your power. Even if you have infants that require oxygen. All they need, apparently is no answer when they try to call you once, and they can shut off your power. No notice delivered to house, no contact with the tenant, and they will shut that power right off. Don't think the laws about not shutting off power in freezing conditions will help you at all. Would suggest any different provider, if they didn't have a monopoly in afton as the only provider for electric... read more
