Great family company and very nice and caring.
I called for New Service with Lower State because they came Highly recommended in my area. I have called 3 times in 20 days to get new service. Working on o5 is only answer I get from a person answering phone. Now I'm So Cold from no heat,Only heat I have is propane,I may have to go to a Motel till this cold spell passes. What is wrong that you don't want to serve new customers. Last time I take Anyone's Recommendation till zinreadcreviews. They simply have Not Called to set i my service. Same as another review. I can’t give this company enough stars. My AC went out last night. I called first thing this morning and they had someone at my house very quickly. We’re talking 2 hours! As I was minutes away from heat exhaustion (😅), the tech fixed my AC in minutes and my house is currently cooling down. Thank you Tim and Lower State! You’re true MVPs. 🥰
