Best of luck getting any service from this company! We placed four separate phone calls over the course of several months to request new service. Each time we were told by the receptionist that someone (the boss) was busy but he would be giving us a call back. We have not heard back from anyone, not once. It would be a much better business practice to tell people they aren't taking new clients rather than leave them hanging and waiting for correspondence that never comes.
Went in months ago about establishing service and getting gas’s fireplace insert.. Called in with measurement for a gas fireplace install. Went into office twice no response or call back to follow up with quote..
Poor Communication and Unorganized all around.
Slow and don't care. Order the part for the hot water heater took 3 weeks to get the part now that they had the part they still haven't come out and put it on so stuck taking cold showers.
Great service. I will continue to use Lower State and recommend them !!! Happy customer
