Why would a tax collection entity require one to write a check to an individual? How much leeway is there for someone to steal 100's of thousands with an antiquated system like this? Truly pathetic and moronic.
This is by far the worst experience of my life. Having to deal with someone that only works three days a week, her voicemail is full, and there isn't another number that can be called. WTF? I want a job that allows me to only work three days a week and piss people off in the process. TURN YOUR PHONE ON AND ANSWER YOUR CALLS!!

I feel the person that answers the phone in this office could use some training in Customer Service etiquette. (I don't call often, but each time I have called she answers.) I work in customer service and I would never answer the phone or respond to a caller using the tone she uses.
