I don't usually write reviews, but I get that people only hear about the bad experiences and not the great service they obtain. I started at Chase Bank to get a mortgage, and I also asked about Navy Federal. I also asked a realtor friend if she knew anyone. She hooked me up with Christina. Everyone was nice and polite, but the service I received from Christina was exceptional. My wife and I had a really smooth closing process with Lower and working with them at the beginning was great. However, After 5 years of having multiple loans with them, I can truly say they are bad. After the first year of with Lower, they started transferring our 3 mortgages to different Lower servicing owned companies.
