I called to ask about the loan products your institution offers, but the representative kept requesting personal information and saying they needed to run a credit check. I was simply trying to understand what loan options are available before providing any personal details. Because of that experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
My husband and I had been working diligently to find the best loan to fit our financial needs.
