I would strongly caution anyone considering Lower Mortgage, especially if you need a bank statement loan. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The first rep I worked with was poor at texting from the beginning and never sent an email or text with the rates or even an approval letter, which is very odd and left me unsure if the rate applied to a bank statement loan or a traditional loan. Just bought a house for first time and my experience with them was amazing, they were very patient and went the extra mile to make sure me and my wife were happy and taken care of.
