Terrible Experience . They waited until I got to the finish line to deny my loan . They stated they couldn’t verify my ID & Financials. I am self employed & sent them tax returns filed by my accountant . I personally think it’s wrong to send a client a closing disclosure ; then the very next day, deny their application. Someone should be held accountable. Then my loan rep didn’t even give me the time of day shortly after it was denied. This company lacks professionalism
Horrible company to deal with. The first person I talked to said that a refi on an investment property would be no problem. I had to pay for the appraisal almost immediately ($645). Then underwriting starting looking at everything and shot my loan down. The first guy must tell everyone they can make the loan (salesman), have the appraisal paid for, collect a commission and then underwriting starts their job.
