Absolutely poor customer service. Last visit was 2 years ago. Didn't find any change in horrible staff attitude today. They treat you like it's an interruption for them. Very error prone office. Would rate them 0 if I could.
I always get great customer service from Rebecca. I never dread going to the tax office. I know the records are correct and she has helped me out with documents more than once.
