I didn't have the best experience, partly due to miscommunication. I feel like I didn't get value for what I paid. He diagnosed the battery as dead and removed it. (15-minute job). He said he would bring a battery tomorrow (he wanted $275 for it — I found a battery for my vehicle for almost half the price & he wanted to charge another $50 for more labor just to come by and pop the battery in).
