The doctors are wonderful, the staff members can be very very rude, especially one lady, she has zero compassion super rude jus hangs up on you, but still appreciate this place
The doctor and the staff and receptionists there are very good and helpful, they saved my life, god bless all of them
Dr Moniwa is amazing but the receptionist keep standing in the way of proper dr care. I'm not an addict nor have I ever been yet receptionist treat us so badly ( imagine how hard it is for an addict if they treat me this way ) . She doesn't give messages to the dr and keeps preventing ppl to get the help they need. Dr was supposed to call me today bc i cant walk. Dr says if i cant get in to call and leave msg for phone calI...so I did and then no one called and I get msg that I now have dr appt next week and that I can't go ... read more
This clinic is unreal I have spent more weekend's without my methadone than any other clinic the secretaries are rude cocky and unable too comprehend basic english and forget about properly filling out prescriptions the pharmacies are tired of constantly calling too correct major mistakes. I like Dr Wardman but his staff is absolutely terrible.
I was only supposed to call for a one month subscription to get faxed to my pharmacy march 2020 but all of a sudden on a day I have no prescription I have to get to new west minister in rush hour from god knows where Vancouver. So no meds tonight for no reason! actually because I'm a working man not on parole or anything just a normal Canadian citizen I guess they gotta have some control well I bite back see you in court dr wardman if you have time in between golf matches. My GP is also a methadone dr so your loss. Eat me
