Rude owner!! We had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I paid $400 for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and it nearly ruined our carpet. Previously, we had our carpet cleaned in September before moving. While the previous company wasn’t perfect, they at least left the carpet soft and intact, even though some stains remained.
