Lower lights is a wonderful place i have really enjoyed the worker's there who have made me feel comfortable and at ease as a patient the doctor was very patient with me and believe it or not he listened to me I didn't feel rushed at all I thank God for there wisdom and understanding.
The WORST doctors office I've ever been to hands down. Not only is the office staff on the phone service mostly rude, but they clearly show they don't care about your wants or needs and don't know what the heck they're doing. I only saw a nurse practicioner when I went and did blood work. They lost my lab results and didn't return my calls for 5 days. When you call the office they either transfer you to voicemail or tell you you'll hear back within 24 to 48 hours, which turns into 3 or 4 days before you have to call back you... read more
Amazing caring doctor and staff is wonderful and friendly
To say I felt disrespected by staff is a little bit of an understatement. To top it off, I scheduled an appointment for a concern that, despite my mentioning numerous times, almost went completely unchecked before my appointment was over. Looks like I'm going to have to find a different location to have my health taken seriously.
