I am saddened to have to edit my review regarding this business. I thought Eddie was a "stand up" guy and after the repair, which was good I posted a 5-star review. Following up I had hired a lawyer to secure a reimbursement from BMW for the $900 fee Eddie charged me. Long story short, after my attorney worked with the corporate office of BMW they said it appeared to be a legitimate claim but they requested more detail on the invoice. I have a BMW that is just a year old and the other day the check engine light came on? I followed what the manual stated and then called Lower Keys European Auto Service to see if they could help as I did not want to drive to Miami to have it addressed. I took the car today and dropped it off with Eddie, the owner. He kept me informed, calling with updates. Long story short . . . If you are looking for a local mechanic that you can trust and specializes in repairs for all European Cars, including BMW, Mercedes Mini Cooper, Jaguar, Land Rover, Vw Audi Volvo, then Eddie is the guy you need to call. He has the specialized equipment to run diagnostics and troubleshoot your vehicle’s problems. Need regular maintenance? He can do that as well…and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
