LBW Saved my life..I was left in the cold, a stroke patient and was literally on the verge of death.My previous Dr. Just "retired" with no word,no refills.Wouldnt even answer the phone for me. LBW truly helped me step by step & got me in ASAP. The providers here are great and it's convenient that they offer Spravato treatments as well, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever get a hold of anyone. The office phone goes to voicemail about 90% of the time and whether or not I get a phone call back is a gamble. There's been several instances where I've gone through medication withdrawals because I couldn't get a hold of anyone to get a refill for meds I've been on for years. Forget about even trying to get a PA. Really, really frustrating.
Withdrawing from my medications again because this place refuses to help me. I feel worse then I ever have and its all because of these horrible people who do not care even a little about me or my health/safety. all they want is their paycheck, they act like psychiatry isnt a medical field and medication is just an occasional treat for those who ‘deserve’ it. I have been waiting over a month for my psychiatrist to fill my medications, which I absolutely need. They refuse to answer my calls and the voicemails are all ‘we dont know what to fill where’ as if I havent told them over 5 times. I am currently withdrawing from 5 medications unsupervised because this place just doesnt want to do anything apparently.
I’ve been a patient at Lower Bucks Wellness for over 4 and 1/2 years. never missed an appointment was never late for an appointment. 6 months ago when my provider suddenly left i was switched to a new one. I work at a doctor’s office, so I understand policies. My appointments are always on my breaks, and i have another nurse cover my 10 minutes that i’m on the phone with my provider. it has never been an issue.
