You won’t get past the scheduler…if you can even talk to her. On hold for 7 minutes (okay, I get it, you’re a busy facility, I can wait my turn); when she finally answers the first words are “Lower Bucks Imaging, I need you to wait a minute so I can finish up my previous patient.” What?!? 4 more minutes of waiting. This place like the rest of the places no one answers the phone you have to leave a message and they will call you back or they tell you that they don t handle that and they put you on hold again for that people. they sure will tell you how a great place it is. And they are Covid free. And they are short handed. I would love to talk to the person who is running this Circus. Im sure the top people are more worried about making money on Covid. Its a shame every middle class people is paying the price. And we don't even see it ... read more
