Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and it’s high time the GP partners found ways to stop their awful attitude to patients. They lack good communication and a complaint is a waste of time as the manager supports them. NHS practice zero tolerance to abuse but this manager thinks it’s okay for the staff to abuse patients. I tried to make an appointment yesterday, but the lady at the front desk didn’t even let me explain what I needed. She seemed annoyed and gave the impression she just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. I felt rushed and not listened to, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I hope this can be improved, as patients deserve to be treated with patience and respect.
Good experience they are always being nice.
