Very friendly behavior, All staff very helpful.
I have been trying to book an appointment physical appointment over a week the receptionist keep asking me why do I keep calling back that the doctor will give me a call until date the date for the call keeps changing even though I went to A&E and I was told to call my GP to request for a fit note yet my the receptionist and the Dr keeps refuse to give me an appointment or a fit note . This is not nice ..
Iv been to see my Gp twice in recent weeks iv seen two Gp who have been amazing and so caring and kind and supportive the receptionist are excellent well done to all your team putting patient first
Can't get passed reception. Like a brick wall what reception says goes. Forget to give Dr's messages don't give a damn about you.
