LA Homes (Kriser) are the real deal. No corporate robot vibes….just honest, down to earth people who actually answer you and fix stuff without dragging it out for weeks. If something breaks, it gets handled or they’ll tell you exactly what to do. They don’t BS you… so yeah, don’t try to BS them either 😂 Fair trade if you ask me.
I rarely do a review , but their leasing property construction is not inspected thoroughly. They have termite issues and leaks that haven’t been fixed. They have the worst type of termite of the 13 species , so I hope they fix that problem before the termites complete there project, which expected finished is approximately 2 years. A entomologist can fact check me. They send people out that don’t fix the issue but are prompt on petty issues. Where do I begin. They made building changes to our contract without prior approval. Trying to get any changes made to the floor plan was nearly impossible. The finishing work inside the home is poor and I have spent $1000+ to fix numerous drywall and painting issues. Kriser set the grade of the house too low AND sloped the driveway toward the garage, causing flooding. They deserve no stars. I have complained about repairs in my home before my warranty went out to Shelley, know they told me she no longer with the company. I spoke with many people from this company they come out and no repairs have been done. My house is only 1 and half years old. Also my driveway has cracked across refuse to fix as well, bad paint job. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!!!!
