I’ve been living in the 9th ward all my life. This is my first time ever hearing about a lower 9 homeownership association. Never heard of such organization! I only learned about it once receiving a letter that they wanna plant trees in front of my house. I for certain do not want a tree planted in front house. I have two on side of my house and that’s enough. The city can’t even keep up with maintaining the trees that’s been planted years ago and now you wanna add more.
